Get to know your groomer

Hi! My name is Katelyn. Ever since I was a little girl I've always loved dogs and have a significant amount of experience caring for them. Before getting into grooming, I worked as both a kennel technician and daycare supervisor at a pet care facility. I later went on to being a bather at a grooming salon before eventually earning my ABC certification to be a professional dog groomer.

I now have over 6 years experience grooming dogs. I have worked as a groomer at small shops as well as busy boarding facilities with a larger client base. Although I have gained a lot of experience working at various places, I realized I'd be much happier working for myself in order to focus on the quality of each groom rather than quantity.

In 2017 I started grooming out of my first home in Watersbend, off Bonds Ranch & Wagley Robertson Rd. The summer of 2019 I made the decision to put a hold on running my business in order to raise my son full time. 2 years later, I am now relocated in Saginaw in Bar C Ranch off Bailey Boswell Rd to continue what I started!

Because I am still a mom first & foremost, I do ask that clients understand it may mean unexpected cancelations/having to reschedule appointments on short notice, or delays in my response time.

With every dog, my goal is not only to make them look great, but to keep them happy, healthy, & feeling their best! Quality is what you'll get with me because I pay attention to detail with each aspect of the grooming process. I strive to ensure full satisfaction from every pet parent by taking the time to ask questions and listen to what each owner is wanting. Whether just getting a bath or getting a full haircut, my goal is to make each and every dog look and feel their best.

I have two furkids of my own: My Walker Coonhound named General, who I’ve had since I graduated high school…he was the first dog of my own & is now around 12 yrs old. Odin is my mixed breed dog who I rescued almost a yr ago, 1 week after my other senior dog passed from cancer.
